CHKR is an AI-powered stock analysis platform that provides educational tools including stock scoring, AI-generated insights, portfolio tracking, market news, and investment recommendations. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content provided by CHKR — including AI analysis, stock scores, recommendations, and any other outputs — is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

CHKR offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with CHKR. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting us through the platform's support channels. This applies to new subscribers only.
  • No Refunds After 7 Days: After the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. You will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellations: Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
  • Annual Plans: Refund requests for annual plans are evaluated on a pro-rated basis at our discretion when submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Exceptions: We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion for extenuating circumstances, such as significant service outages or billing errors. Refunds will not be granted for usage already consumed.

To request a refund, contact us through the platform's support channels with your account email and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
  • Use the Service to manipulate or misrepresent financial markets
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Abuse the AI systems through prompt injection or other adversarial techniques

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of CHKR and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Data

CHKR sources market data and news from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in third-party data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHKR and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
